What is Donald Physiotherapy Doing to Ensure Your Safety
- Intake forms will be emailed ahead of time to promote contactless signing. We recommend that you fill them out and send back by email to [email protected].
- It is recommended that you bring a mask for your for your appointment.
- Upon entering the clinic, you will be asked to utilize the hand sanitizer at the front area, scrubbing for 20 seconds.
- You will be asked to follow the required social distancing recommendations in the waiting room and around the front desk area. The waiting room area will be set up to ensure there is minimum 2m between each person.
- Try and bring just yourself to your appointment. If you need someone to bring you to your appointment, such as family, we ask that you try and keep it to a minimum.
- Please be on time for your appointment to minimize time waiting in the waiting room
- Your therapist will be utilizing masks and gloves as needed, and you may be asked to wear a mask for your appointment.
After your Appointment
- Your therapist will rebook your appointment(s) as needed prior to leaving the treatment room then walk you to the front reception desk.
- All payment will be done in a contactless manner – including tap function of the Debit Machine or by e-transfer to [email protected].
- Receipts will be emailed directly to you upon receipt of payment.

- Pre-screening staff for signs of illness and sending home if illness should arise
- Pre-screening of clients upon booking and prior to entering the clinic
- Socially distanced waiting room
- Clear barrier between Client Experience Professionals and yourself at the front desk
- Heightened cleaning protocol including
- Wiping down all surfaces touched or utilized by a client after they have moved from the area.
- Contactless handling of intake forms – emailed prior to your arrival when possible
- Contactless payment options and emailed receipts
- All staff will be washing their hands regularly, including therapists will be washing between each client.
