Courtney believes in working as a team with her clients to understand their goals and develop a collaborative treatment plan. Education, exercise and hands-on techniques are the foundation to an individualized treatment plan based on client goals and daily activities. The more we understand our bodies and how they work the quicker we can get back to doing the things we love, enjoying life, and preventing future injuries and pain.
Courtney grew up in Cranbrook BC and moved a couple times for school and she has landed in Saskatoon to stay.
In her spare time Courtney volunteers with the Canadian Search and Disaster Dogs Association and enjoys camping, hiking, crocheting, and spending time with her dogs.
