The Coffee Crew Running Group is a
- 12 week program
- focusing on running and strength training for beginner runners
- GOAL of running a 5km race!
- Starting week of February 28th
- 12 week program, meeting 2x per week
- 615am for 1.5hr per session
- Includes education regarding running technique and program design,
- strength training technique and program design,
- effective warm-up and muscle recovery,
- nutrition, and
- hydration
